1. We will dispatch the parcel within.48 hours after receiving the order (normally within 24 hours, some case maximum 48 hours)
2. Tracking details will be shared immediately after dispatch of the parcel through an e-mail.
3. Free Shipping is through Tanzania Post registered parcel service
4. For all COD orders, an additional $60 will be charged as the collection charge of the courier partner.
5. COD orders will dispatch only after confirmation of customer via mail or phone call.
In the event that an order is placed outside the US it may take additional time for you to receive your order. We promise to get your order to you as quick as we possibly can. International items are shipped at the customer’s risk. Agrilane is not responsible for items being confiscated at the border, you as the customer are required to know your country’s laws before ordering.
